Farmglade are delighted to announce that they have made significant progress on their new office development in Denham, South Bucks. Construction is under way and on target for completion in early Autumn 2008.

Once complete, Phoenix House will comprise office accommodation of approximately 20,000 sq ft over two floors and will be finished to a Grade A specification, incorporating air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings and 78 car parking spaces. It is anticipated that the offices will obtain a Very Good BREEAM assessment rating, which demonstrates a high measure of good practice in sustainable development. The offices have many design features that incorporate sustainability and energy efficiency, which will in turn offer prospective tenants lower occupancy costs.

Mike Fletcher of Farmglade commented “We are a developer who appreciates the growing importance of producing environmentally sustainable buildings that are well specified and attractive for an occupier. We want any occupier to be as proud of these offices as we are.”

Simon Fitch of letting agents Atisreal added “We are experiencing a good level of occupier interest in Phoenix House from a variety of different sectors. The high quality design of the building, the sustainability features, and the self contained secure nature of the site, is proving to be a strong draw for occupiers. As a result, we are very confident in our letting prospects”
