Phoenix House has been awarded an Energy Performance Certificate level B. Mike Fletcher of Farmglade commented, "This is fantastic news and ultimately means that occupiers will benefit from exceptionally low running costs compared to the vast majority of other office buildings in the locality. The fact that we have developed such a sustainable, cost effective product, will be of considerable importance to cost conscious occupiers who have a high level of corporate social responsibility".
